The following terms and conditions apply only to purchases made via our web site.

The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.

General

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this site you must be at least 18 years of age and UK resident.

Description of Goods

All of the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all of the products. All images and descriptions are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

All goods are shipped as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Products are subject to upgrade or change at any time at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Product information and images are provided by our suppliers or their agents. We aim to have up to date, accurate information available at all times but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information within this web site.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are plus delivery* and include VAT and are quoted in relevant currency.

In the unlikely event that an error has occurred with our pricing, we will contact you to advise the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Products may be purchased using a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Visa Debt cards using the secure payment area of our website. Delivery will only be made to the card billing address, unless otherwise informed. Orders will only be accepted using your exact billing address and telephone number held by your credit card company. Your address and telephone number will be verified with your credit card issuer to help prevent fraud. For your further security we may verify your address with an outside agency who may record the search against you.

Your card will only be charged when the goods ordered are available for dispatch and the above checks have been completed.

Alternatively you may send a cheque or postal order made payable to The GREEN PEST CONTROL Co Ltd, Dykelands Farm Cottage, Airton, Skipton, BD23 4BG.

Please allow at least 10 working days for cheques to clear.

Availability of Goods

All goods and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Your card will only be charged when the goods ordered are available for dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer due to delay or non availability of goods.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not fully-satisfied with out products, you may return them unopened in their original packaging within seven days of receipt for a full refund or credit to the value of the goods.

Delivery Charges

Postage and packing is included in all prices stated on this site. Delivery of some items to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands or off shore islands may incur additional charges. In this event we will contact you to advise the additional charges and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery of stock items will normally be made within 3-5 working days. Items out of stock are normally delivered within 5-15 working days. Delivery times are from clearance of payment and are subject to availability and delay.
